Your privacy, simply explained. Anna Ginger only uses the information needed to operate your account, understand your property search and provide the service. We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not use it to create advertising profiles.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

Anna Ginger is a service operated under the trade name ProdesignbyCat by Kamonphan Khamyot, in Thailand.

2. What personal data do we keep?

We limit the personal data we keep to what is reasonably necessary to provide the service. This may include your name, email address, preferred language, account information, Pass status, and information needed to manage your access.

We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not use it to create advertising profiles.

3. Your conversations, searches and Saved properties

When you talk with Anna, we process the information you provide about the property you are looking for. Your conversations, search criteria, search history and properties you choose to save may be stored so that the service can work and so you can return to them later.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information that is not needed for your property search.

4. Property listings and Facebook content

Anna Ginger searches information collected from selected Facebook Groups and may process listing content such as descriptions, prices, locations, photos, author or group information, publication dates and links to the original post.

This third-party content is processed to identify and present potential property matches. Anna Ginger is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta.

5. Why do we use your data?

We use information only as needed to create and manage your account, understand your property search, provide matching results, keep your conversations and Saved properties available, manage your Pass, maintain security and technical operation, process support requests, and manage payments.

6. AI processing

Anna uses artificial intelligence to understand your requests, analyze property information and help identify relevant matches. Information needed for these features may be processed by the technical AI services used to operate Anna.

AI can make mistakes. Important property details should always be checked with the listing author, owner, agent or other relevant source before you make a decision.

7. Payments

Payments for Anna Ginger Passes are processed securely by Stripe. Anna Ginger does not keep your full card number. We may receive payment information from Stripe that is necessary to confirm a purchase and determine your Pass status.

8. Technical service providers

We use technical providers necessary to operate the service, including Stripe for payments and Supabase for account, authentication and application data. AI service providers may process information required to provide Anna's conversational and matching features.

These providers process relevant information as part of the services they provide. We do not sell your personal data to them.

9. How long do we keep your data?

We keep account information, conversations, searches and Saved properties for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your account and the features described in these Terms, or to meet applicable administrative or legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized.

10. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by Anna Ginger against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or request deletion where applicable. You may also request deletion of your Anna Ginger account.

Contact annagingersamui@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some transaction or administrative records may need to be retained where required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Anna Ginger evolves or when technical, commercial or legal requirements change. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.
